Remedial Massage is a necessity for me, I'm a desk worker and I compete in a sport. I have been receiving regular massage therapy for over a decade, so when i moved back to Adelaide, i needed to find someone who deeply understood the body from my sport perspective and could implement various techniques depending on what muscles needed.
